How we are ensuring your safety by making our Conferences COVID Secure
We are delighted to be able to get back to hosting inspirational, insightful and strategic events to drive to raise standards, improve school performance and ensure better outcomes for children and young people.
Whilst current Government guidelines allow events of any size to run as normal, we would like to reassure all of our attendees that we are still taking steps to ensure your safety and implementing COVID secure measures across our events.
We are working closely with our venues to ensure that our in person events are COVID secure and operate in line with the most recent Government recommendations.
Control measures will be in place including:
- The first change you will notice at our conferences is that we will no longer be handing out name badges to attendees on arrival. Instead, we will ask you to bring with you and wear your school/establishment identification lanyard. If you are unable to bring this with you on the day, we can provide you with a temporary badge for the day though these are not available to all. Our speakers and exhibitors will still be identifiable via badges.
- We will also not be printing our delegate packs moving forward. Instead, the programme of the day will be shared in advance, along with a wealth of post event resources shared with you following the event. There will still be pens and notepad paper available should you need.
- There will be multiple stations of sanitiser available for use and additional masks will be available should you need. Facemasks are not mandatory within the conference room but please feel free to wear one if you would be more comfortable doing so - and please respect each other for their choice to wear or not to wear a mask.
What we ask from you
1. If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID either via PCR test or lateral flow, please do not attend our events.
