How we are ensuring your safety by making our Music events COVID Secure

We are delighted to be able to get back to hosting inspirational live events to inspire children and young people to make music. Things will be obviously be a little different to usual, however we are confident that we can make these events COVID-secure whilst still looking and feeling like the Music events you have come to enjoy.

Whilst current Government guidelines allow events of any size to run as normal, we would like to reassure all of our attendees that we are still taking steps to ensure your safety.

We are working closely with our venues to ensure that our in person events are COVID secure and operate in line with the most recent Government reccommendations for staging outdoor events and the latest DfE guidelines.

The following control measures will be in place:

  • Each area of the event will involve mixing of different school classes. However, each space will have;
    • Plenty of ventiliation
    • Hand sanitiser and masks will be provided should they wish to be used

Please note - while masks are not mandatory please feel free to wear one if you would feel more comfortable doing so. Please also respect others for their choice to wear or not to wear a mask.

  • We will have plenty of stewards on site to help reduce queuing for toilets and registration. In advance, our team will contact you with arrival times to help us stagger each schools arrival to avoid crowding and queuing. Clear routes will also be marked and maps and venue layouts will be provided in advance.

  • Each school will be asked to bring their own refreshments (food and water) - though there will also be refreshments available to purchase on site.

  • In any spaces where instruments or any other item may need to be shared, rigerous cleaning will take place inbetween users to ensure sanitation and cleanliness. Staff will be asked to reduce contact with any child as much as possible and all first aiders will be wearing gloves to administer any aid. If masks are also required at the time, these will be worn and may well be worn on the choice of the first aider as well.

What we ask from you

  • If you are experiencing Covid symptoms, or have tested postive either via PCR or Lateral flow, please do not attend the event.

We thank you for your cooperation in adhering to these measures while we navigate our new way of delivering events to you. If you have any feedback or concerns, please contact us on
