Perspective Lite

NEW Perspective Lite feature

Schools can now set up their own users within school!

We have all been waiting a long time to be able to have multiple Perspective Lite accounts for a school. The day has finally come when you can set up a user in school and decide what level of access to give them. You can alter a user’s permissions to standard, read-only, admin or you can customise what your user can see and do. The new guidance shows you how to do this and can be downloaded from below.

The Perspective Lite update had an impact on other areas.

Your new homepage will look like this.

As you can see you should all have been sent a communication from Perspective Lite on 9 August giving you details on what’s new.

You may be unaware of what is available in Perspective Lite the main features include:

Reports – interactive performance data reports.

Real-Time Data Trends – performance data looking at your school, LA and national figures.

LA Document Folder – during the end of key stage data collection period, the Data & Assessment team will use Perspective Lite to publish EYFS, KS1 and Phonics summary reports for your school's headteacher to check thoroughly. Headteachers are required to ensure that accurate standards are recorded for all pupils.

News – links to your inbox where you will receive communications from Perspective Lite or the Data and Assessment Team.

Records of Visit – access the visit notes for your school such as Moderation visit notes or any School Effectiveness reports.

If you do not currently have access to the Perspective Lite account for your school please contact us to have your account details updated. Headteachers need to inform us of their name and email address so that we can update your account and send you login details. Email us:
