Babcock LDP Early Career Framework Offer
We are working in partnership with Ambition Institute to provide the ECF full pathway for Early Career Teachers and Mentors in Devon. We also continue to operate as an Appropriate Body providing the statutory processes for assessment and reporting to the TRA over the 2 year Early Career Teacher induction.
The Ambition Institute is one of the four DfE approved providers and LDP facilitates and supports schools in Devon to access and make the most of their full programme.
Our offer includes the following:
- Access and support as your Appropriate Body to ensure schools are supported to enable Tutors to complete assessments through our online platform, ECT manager (previously NQT manager), and support for Tutors including training
- Access to the full ECF programme through the Ambition Institute supported by direct support and delivery through LDP for both ECTs and Mentors
- A full programme of additional training opportunities based on our current programme including English, Maths, EYFS and Relational Learning in the classroom particularly relevant to support 2nd year of the ECT programme
- Access to advice and guidance on meeting all the requirements of ensuring a successful induction via telephone, email and website
This offer is fully funded for maintained schools and is subsidised for academies linked to the DfE funding to deliver the ECT full offer through Ambition Institute.
