The English and Mathematics advisers’ work is underpinned by current research and the teams are actively involved in research projects and publication.

The Mathematics team holds the NCETM (National Centre for Excellence in Teaching of Mathematics) CPD Standard and are NCETM Professional Development Accredited Leads.

The team works closely with the two local Maths hubs and the team lead is a mastery lead for Jurassic Hub.

The English team are accredited KS1 and KS2 writing moderators.
