About Rob Carpenter
Rob is the CEO of the Inspire Partnership, an NLE and a senior partner with Challenge Partners. Rob has been a Headteacher for over 15 years and has experience of school leadership in a range of contexts, including special measures and schools serving a high proportion of disadvantaged pupils.
Rob has developed a track record of successful impact, working with schools to develop sustainable leadership, improving standards by implementation of curriculum reform and creating a climate for high expectations. He is currently working with Medway, Hampshire and Doncaster schools, supporting their drive to create learning networks and is passionate about school-to-school support. He has developed a range of tools to strengthen the leadership of teaching and learning and delivers school training on mindset, the importance of a connected curriculum and greater depth learning.
